First would be value for money.
Though we went during off season (Late NOV). The rate was great for us.
Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels. The facilities may be basic but it is very clean and there is air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge. -
