hotel was very central and you can visit a lot of monuments on foot. The

First would be value for money.
Though we went during off season (Late NOV). The rate was great for us.
Second would be great location, its in the center and 50Mtrs away from metro station Vittorio Emmanule.

wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a
computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which
we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street
near the termini. It is easy to walk to the Colosseum and Forum area.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. 1) Location of this hotel is nice. It's 15 minutes to the Termini, 5 minutes to the Manzoni metro station, 20 minutes to the Colosseum (all by feet). In fact, it's very easy to reach the most of the famous Rome sightseeings by feet & metro from here.
2) Rooms are clean and in good condition.
3) Great and helpful service.
4) Fast wireless & wired internet access.

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient. This is an excellent budget hotel even though it is located five floors up in a building with several other hotels. The facilities may be basic but it is very clean and there is air-conditioning, a safe and a fridge. -

I stayed there 3 days. The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Fair breakfast (juice, yogurt, croissant, coffee, an egg). Nice staff. 24 hrs reception. Wi-fi in the rooms but not in the back yard. -
