First and foremost, the location was incredible. When we first got
there, we spent five minutes finding the place despite being in the
supposed location. However, this was solely because we couldn't
imagine a place for this price to be on the Piazza de Republica!! A

Hotel is very centrally located and it is easy to get to all interesting places. The street is busy and sometimes a little noisy (people, not cars) but it does not disturb you that much - you just feel yourself a part of a big tourist crowd:)
We stayed in a room for 4 people. It was good, clean and nicely decorated.
Breakfast is basic but it has everything one may need including some fruits.
Staff is really nice, friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a spectacular building and location. I stayed here
based on the reviews of the roof terrace, and it was just as wonderful
as others stated. We went up a few times throughout our stay and there
was never anyone up there - we were able to take photos and just relax.
The staff was very friendly and helpful - at the desk 24 hrs a day. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere and saw all of the main Florence sites. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby.

The location is unbeatable, right in the centre of Florence and yet an
easily walkable distance from smn station. The apartment was spacious
for 2 people (my 11 yr old granddaughter and me). Having to go first to
Hotel Lanzi did not present a problem for us and I particularly liked
the fact that, having paid for the flat when we first arrived, we were
not required to return to the hotel at check out - we were told to just
leave the key device on the kitchen table.

It was a very clean room. I had free use of the internet.It was great to have the freedom to hold bags at counter for a few hours after checkout to see more sites and the ability to use the shower when i came back to collect my luggage. The price of the room was very reasonable considering that the hotel is centrally located. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to anyone considering visiting Florence.
