We loved the location: a bit off the beaten track even in peak season. The neighborhood is very pleasant and more quiet than other busy districts of Venice, although it`s absolutely close, just 5 min walking distance, from Giardini and Biennale. this neighborhood is also very children-friendly as there is a broad corso nearby where The flat is cute with a vista to a litttle canale on a corner. Amenities are good, beds are good.

was also very good and on informing the staff I was coeliac before
visiting they were happy to accommodate me with wheat free bread free of
charge. The location was excellent a few minutes from the accadamia
bridge and waterbus. I would certainly stay there again and also
recommend this hotel.

to greet us. He was extremely accommodating, giving us a map of Venice
and instructions on taking the bus shuttle to the airport a few days

We stayed at casa sain't andrea a day before our cruise. Location is
perfect, only few minutes walk from P. roma to our hotel and like
walking around a building where we catch our shuttle, people's mover
to our cruise ship. Vaporetto or water taxi is just outside the hotel. A
grocery is close by where we bought our bottled water and food supply.

Coming from the airport by bus around 9pm, this hotel was close to the
drop off point which was useful with roller suitcases. We were greeted
by a friendly man who made us welcome and up-graded our room to one that
overlooked the canal. It was great waking up to the canal boats going
about their business, after we had enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep.
Although simply furnished the room was clean and quaintly old-world with
exposed beam look. The breakfast was great and plenty of it! The staff
