  Extremely helpful desk clerk who spoke very good English. Loved the location once we found it (but he was helpful with directions too). Espresso machine at breakfast was great (do it yourself) - Clean good sized room. Bedding for 5 is quite rare but is great for larger families, convenient location, good transport link close by.

  The two-bedroom suite was great. The rooms were large and nicely decorated. The bathroom had an additional room with a 2nd sink, so two adults could easily get cleaned up. The hotel is very convenient to St. Mark's Square just by crossing the Grand Canal via traghetto, and then walking a couple of blocks.   Easy to get to, we found the place very easy as it was near the vaporatto stop. There is a really good map on the website that shows a red line of the path you should take to get there. Very convenient as it is close to everything. The internet worked well for the most part. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the room price was justifiable.   We really enjoyed our long weekend at de l'Alboro. Great location as we were close to the vaporetti stops, not far from San Marco and not at all noisy. The staff were very helpful and gave our young children little gifts (and hot chocolate!). The breakfast buffet had a good choice and we felt very welcome.
