  Excellent Hotel for it's price, Great location just less than 5 minutes walk from Termini, Very easy to find! Good Service, We had some requests that the hotel staff directly took care off, without any argues. Clean, Fresh room inkl the bathroom, Breakfast served in the hotel room (which is both a good and a negative thing) and there was a TV, quit... hva folk sier » e needed sometimes.. - We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was central (perhaps not so central as we thought, but central enough), the staff (one man) was reaaallly good! And the breakfast was even more then we had expected! We also enjoyed our room which was very clean and taken care of.

  Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth before and it was easy to get there. I recommend this hotel and I would return back with great pleasure. - I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

  The hotel is in 3 minutes by foot from the Termini metro and bus station. There are just four rooms for guests in the apartment, so I faced only once one of my neighbours, and I could easily go to my bathroom just in towel without fear to be seen. She cleans all herself, gives us water and sweets. - Flora, the owner, was incredibly friendly. We felt like staying with our own Italian family. Whatever we asked her for (boil hot water for tea or recommend some places to visit etc) she immediately did. The fridge in our room was also a great asset. If I go to Rome again soon, I will definitely try and stay there.
