We loved our stay. Andrea, the owner is very comitted to everything, being there everyday to make sure all is going well. Superb location, walking distance from all the important spots, wich was very important to us, travelling with a 9 year old son. If needed the Metro Station is 50 meters away. The wifi wasn't permanent when we arrived (still being setup), so we got a portable wifi access-point. That was great to take with us during our various tours through rome :)
The room was very clean, though we rarely saw any staff.
The location (directly next to the colosseum) suggests a high price, but the price wasn't actually that high.
Breakfast is served in the next-door restaurant. Simple cafe + croissant. Be sure not to get anything extra, since the restaurant/coffee-bar is quite expensi

Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but

helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the
owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me
over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no
tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was
delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.

Very interesting location.. I couldnt believe my eyes that it views
'the colloseum'. I'm relieved that I did not choose to stay
at the Termini.. Because in terms of transportation, it didnt make any
difference... This place offers everything, surrounded by
archeological/ historical tourist attraction, convenient shop, taxi
just infront of your door step, bus stop and sightseeing bus just 200
meters away, restaurants... And most importantly, u can just lie down on
the bed and watch the colleseum

The room was very nice, including a queen size bed. The surrounding view
of the Forum and Colosseum from the roof top patio was the best. You
just could not beat having free breakfast in the morning or a a glass of
wine in the evening and then go to the street level and be right there
in the center of Rome with reasonable priced restaurants (thanks to the
near by college) and all the historic sites.

Nice B and B. Helpful staff and a pleasant breakfast. Pricing was good for the days we were there and not too far from the Metro which is one stop from the Terminal, so you can get to the major sites in Rome. Very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Several nice restaurants close by as well as take away food. Would definitely stay there again.
