  The hotel is located in the centre of Rome, we could not have chosen a better location. When I booked the Hotel we were sent a personal email welcoming us to the Hotel. When we stepped of the elevator into the reception area we were greeted with the warmest friendliest staff, always there to help. 24 hours. We had the room with the rain shower and the circular bed. Spagna - It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!

  The staff were really kind and helpful. Vanessa and Tomasso were happy to answer any questions, give us advice on sights and getting around. Vanessa even booked us a restaurant one evening. The room was very stylish, modern and clean. And even though Hip Suites is right in the heart of Trastevere - a lively area of restaurants and cafe/bars - the... hva folk sier » double glazing meant we got a great night's sleep every night (don't worry, there's air con too). - Staff were excellent - we were there for a concert and they even arranged a private car at a very reasonable rate, to bring us to the Stadio Olympico. Breakfast vouchers came as part of the package for the cafe down the road which wasn't spectacular but nonetheless welcome each morning for a juice, coffee and pastry. The location is perfectly placed for all the nightlife and restaurants of Trastevere.

  The beautiful design and attention to detail added to the overall experience. The facilities are excellent including a huge, fabulous shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite being on a busy pedestrian shopping street it was very quiet at night. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and respectful.   Gambero was centrally located in the heart of Rome making it very easy to just walk outside and start the day. We spent long hours just walking around and stumbling upon amazing historical monuments.
