  We like Everything! We've being last year in Rome and stayed around the corner in a similar B&B This one is an "A Plus" one. Nice, clean, charm. Rates are more than reasonable. Excellent location.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

  The place is a bit old, but surprisingly clean and tidy, the owner does not speak english but very nice and always smiling, very close to the termini and all the shops, would recommend this to tight budget travelers. - excellent location, nice staffs, nice wifi , i love the smile of the old lady owner !

  Righ from the start, the customer service was great! Our 2 bedroom/4 beds apartment was located a short walk from Piazza Republica. The apartment was clean, had wi-fi, a kitchen with plenty of utencils to cook if you wanted to. The bathroom was quite modern, the beds were very confortable.
