We loved the excellent, super friendly helpful staff. The apartment we stayed in was huge! -3 levels! The main bedroom upstairs was very spacious with a large ensuite. Our family all had ample, comfortable space to relax in a clean, fresh modern design. The HiSuite is in a great spot in central Rome, very convenient and short walking distance to major sites with really good restaurants and bars in the area. I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was
so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so

Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor
needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning
earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early
start with that day's activity.
Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.

Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We really enjoyed this hotel! Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.
