At first, I barely notice that it was a hotel. This is because it is located on the 4th floor of a residential building. But when you come into the hotel you feel the warm atmosphere probably created by the manager. He let us very comfortable. The hotel is very small (3 double rooms). In fact it looks like a small Inn. Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and
information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location
was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance
for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum
because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The
breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats
plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's
stay is unbeatable.

Raul was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great way to start our mornings before our trek through Rome. The room was comfortable and clean. Location is excellent, right in the heart of Rome only a 5 minute walk from the Piazza Novana. Avoid any restaurants near the Piazza, the food is awful and over priced, instead opt for the cafes/restaurants located down the side streets near the hotel - you won't be disappointed.

The staffs were super! They made us feel coming back to Rome and this B&B again.
When I asked some questions, they gave me more than I expected. The location was just around Navona where local people came and enjoyed restaurants and bars! We could find great restaurants and a super market just a few minutes from B&B. There are some buses pass by the main street near B&B, so we came back from Piazza Venice and Termini station by bus. It took only 1.5 Euro and 15 - 20 mins.

Location is superb! I walked only. Never taken any bus. So from the hotel I could easily go to Vatican easily via Emmanelle II and all the attractions such as Piazza Navona and Pantheon were really close by. Anna, our hostess, was fantastico! Her personal attention to our minor
needs was excelling! For example, she prepared breakfast one morning
earlier than the scheduled breakfast period to allow us to get an early
start with that day's activity.
Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.
