  Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... hva folk sier » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.

  It is absolutely central, nice furniture in the rooms (minimum design), wonderful idea to have breakfast on the roof terrace. The breakfast was rich. And the staff was also very kind. - Tritone hotel is situeted really close to Rome historical centre and this is really convinient.   The room was cleaner and more spacious than I expected. It was the best 3-star hotel room that I had stayed. It looked like a 4-star hotel room.   Beliggenhet, stort, fint og rent rom - The location of the hotel was very good. The most famous buildings of Rome, the Vatican and Termini included, could easily be reached on foot. The staff was nice, and a good breakfast was included in the price. The room also had air condition, which was a great advantage considered we stayed there in august.

  The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. I had a deluxe room and it was lovely - faciltities were good, nice shower, tv, safe, fridge - all you would ne... hva folk sier » ed. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

  Excellently placed. Just round the corner from the Central bus and metro stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and are more than willing to help with arranging trips, taxis etc. Should have remembered to have a mid day siesta, walking around a city is exhausting. From the breakfasts and the lovely staff up on the 5th floor we really liked it. Great location (we walked to all of Rome's attractions) and nice place to sleep.
