  I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.   the guest house is on the second floor (without elevator), in a roman building. Easy access to restaurants, internet point, fast food and it is really close to Roma Termini station (5 minutes walk). Thanks man. Achille - This hotel is very comfortable and cosy for my mom and I when we visited in Rome. Rony is a very helpful and warmhearted stuff to help us a lot! He helped us to lift the luggage, provided a water heater for us and gave us many good suggestions. The room is very quiet and spacious although shared a bathroom with others. Reasonable price and good location. Highly recommend !
