  I liked the fact that the staff was quite proficient in the English Language. There were no communication barriers whatsoever. The location is conveniently located near the Termini Station, which makes for easy access to all the important sites inside the city, no matter if you chose to walk or to take a bus.   the guest house is on the second floor (without elevator), in a roman building. Easy access to restaurants, internet point, fast food and it is really close to Roma Termini station (5 minutes walk). The room was clean, with fan, and in total 4 beds (in my room). the bathroom, with hot water, all kind of shampoo. the guest house was peaceful a... mitä ihmiset sanovat » nd all the other guest respected the privacy and the silence. the owner (not italian) was friendly and he speaks good english. Thanks man. Achille - This hotel is very comfortable and cosy for my mom and I when we visited in Rome. Rony is a very helpful and warmhearted stuff to help us a lot! He helped us to lift the luggage, provided a water heater for us and gave us many good suggestions. The room is very quiet and spacious although shared a bathroom with others. Reasonable price and good location. Highly recommend !

  Staff were really nice and location is excellent. Easily accesable by car with free parking if you are lucky enough to find a spot in the street. Was clean and had a pleasant stay. Some great restaurants in the streets surrounding. Overall a great experience. - The host, and morning breakfast person.
