The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. The facilities were clean and very comfortable. The fact that they could accommodate my whole family in one room was a major plus.
They typed out directions for us every day no matter where we were going.
We have already recommended the lodge to friends.

Family-run by people who really care about hospitality and made time to talk to guests. Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and good bathrooms. Quiet and convenient location between Westport town centre and the harbour. Really tasty and generous 'full Irish' breakfast which really sets one up for the day. High comfort/value ratio - five people sharing two rooms cost under 300 euros total for two nights inc the excellent breakfasts.

The staff is incredibly kind. From check in to departure. Kathryn at the desk and all her assistants. In the dining room and pub area , Thomas , David and Anthony are superb. The rooms are comfortable and it is a great value. Proximity couldn t be beat. Close to all the attractions. My second time there. I wouldn t even consider a different locale.

room, recommended some pubs and sites and was gracious and helpful, as

Bertra House was the best B&B that we stayed at our entire 10 day
trip. We felt so comfortable here and right at home. The owner was very
friendly and even made us a full Irish breakfast earlier in the morning
to accommodate our travel schedule. Our room was clean, had lots of
storage, wi-fi and an en-suite bathroom. Fantastic view of the water and
Mountains.
