  I apprecicated the greeting we were given on arrival as we had had some difficulty and were quite exhausted. Hotel staff were very accommodating. The grounds were beautiful, the accommodations lovely and it was a very realxing visit. - Excellent surroundings, a very pleasurable stay.   I asked for a quite room which I got. The breakfast was fantastic, hot and great choice. The bar staff very friendly and reception very polite and helpful - Leisure centre was a big plus. All staff were friendly and helpful,particularly in the Leisure centre. Location in city centre wasexcellent.

  I found the staff to be friendly and helpful in all areas: from checking in as the first face you see to bar (joey) leisure centre, lady who did my room and room service were all what you would want to make stay relaxing - Swimmig Pool and Leisure facilities excellent Wireless internet short distance to waterford city good channels on TV
