Bed was high and very comfy, didn't have a problem with the pillows as stated in the previous comments. The shower was amazing and the bathroom was huge for a 3star! Excellent location, excellent hotel, well worth it, I will be back.

The hotel was excellent and exceeded all expectations. Even though our room was one of the smallest available (judging from fire escape plans), in my view this is the best 4 star hotel I stayed in so far.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Girls at the reception desk arranged for us to stay another night even with a short notice, despite the hotel was full.
I also want to express my gratitude to the guy from the restaurant Marko. He went more than a mile (literally) out of his way to assist us

hotel staff were very helpful , we had a young baby with us and they gave us a travel cot in the room for her . The hotel is very close to the centre of town with plenty of bars and restaurants close by . There's a bar restaurant across the road and the food was very good and reasonable and the staff were lovely .I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Ibis hotel , we stayed there before and will again .

Everything about this hotel was amazing for the price. It's not a luxury hotel in the absolute sense, but it certainly felt like one for the amount they charged. Definitely my favorite hotel of my trip. Customer service was on point. Their location is about a 15 minute walk to and from the train station. If I'm ever in Belfast again, this will be my first choice.

The staff were efficient and fairly friendly. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way from Belfast city centre, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area if you don't mind a wee walk and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance (although no Sunday service, unfortunately). The Balmoral is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this hotel suited my stay and I will definitely be returning. The bar was great, will live music. It was located not far from the city centre, so we drove in to do some Christmas shopping (which was out main purpose of this trip). Food was really nice, couldn't fault this hotel at all.
