  The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. We also ate in the hotel and the food was top class. I have stayed in other hotels in limerick but the room we had in this hotel was far superior to any other room we occupied. - everything was great. went to xmas party,they put on an excellent show,caro... hva folk sier » l singers, mulled wine reception and santa. would have prefered more choice on dinner menu, but what we got was fine.well done strand. would certainly stay there again.

  The hotel staff were very pleasant from check in to bar attendance to restaurant. When we checked in to our room it was cold because window had been left open and heating had gone off. The receptionist arranged for a heater to be plugged in and by time we were going to bed our room was lovely and cosy. The rooms were exceptionally nice - bright sp... hva folk sier » acious and nicely decorated. There were lots of areas within the hotel to sit and relax and have a chat. The overall decor throughout the hotel was lo - From the moment we arrived we got the most professional and friendly service from everyone we met from reception to bar staff to dinigroom staff. It set the scene for us. Everything else matched the attitude of the staff. It will be our Limerick destination of choice in future and so easily accessed from the Motorway whichever direction you are coming from. Full marks to all concerned. Michael Hegarty, Galway

  Pleasant stay, comfy beds, quiet room, pleasant staff, would stay againand reccommend it tp friends, it came reccommended to me by friends whohad stayed previously. - location, location, location. very clean and tidy. room small, however made good use of space. cool decor. food fantastic!!

  The leisure facilities are excellent. The breakfast is great, with lots of choice. The rooms spacious and clean. The hotel is a great choice for anyone who doesn't mind not being smack bang city-centre location - the centre is about a 10 minute drive.   The position of the hotel was fantastic and it was central for everything..shopping centre only 5-10 mins away...The view over the river shannonn was brilliant too and plenty of great irish bars near by. - I have staid in this hotel about 6 times all ready and i think it is exellent.
