  The host was so amazingly friendly! Check in time was at 730, however we didn't get in 'til 1030. He waited for us and was so understanding to our situation! So sad our stay was so short, as this was the best B&B. Breakfast was delicious!   The stuff was brilliant,always ready to help us with everything we needed, they also helped us to organize the trip the cliffs of moher and aron inslands!they kindly let us check-in earlier. The room was big and clean and we also had access to the courtyard. The structure is a few meters away from one the beaches of Galway-awesome!!! Our room was clean and comfortable with a strong hot shower. Plenty of dry towels were supplied on both nights and we got a breakfast that would keep you going all day. Despite the weather being cold the room was kept at a lovely temperature. Sharon, the lady of the house, was very pleasant to us and helped us out with any requests. Friends of ours that stayed

  Staff were excellent - couldn't fault any of them - we needed assistance moving our luggage when leaving, they couldn't have been more helpful - also very friendly towards our 9 month old daughter - Staff are worth an extra star alone for this hotel. Food was good and in line with expectations for a 3 star hotel. Daily specials interesting and goo... hva folk sier » d value for money. WiFi was patchy to begin with but once connected was excellent. Shopping centre close by also handy. - I was immediately taken with the good humoured friendliness of the staff. They were accommodating and helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are clean and fresh, private (free & safe) parking is on site, and the location is perfect.. the city centre is within walking distance,, and only minutes away by taxi. As regular visitors to Galway, this could well be our 'new' home away from home. We'll definitely be back.
