Lovely building, good location, easy to find. Short walking distance from the town centre but really quiet, despite the closeness of Lidl and Supervalue. Clean, bright, spacious. Great shower! Comfortable bed. "Good vibrations" all over the place. Very helpful hostess. -

Really liked how close it was to the town as we were competing in the triathlon on sat and were able to cycle down easily. Very spacious and were able to store equipment with ease inside house. Nice clean facilities. -

Neil and Noreen made us feel very welcome from the moment Virginia's had very comfy rooms, a most friendly atmosphere and Kenmare is the perfect spot for the Ring of Kerry exploration. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in recent memory. The quality of service and hospitality was second to none. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants a relaxing and comfortable stay in Kenmare. Fresh towels every day, turn down service, bathrobes and slippers and very large bed. Bathroom was extremely well appointed. -

Stayed 1 night so that we would have an early start on our drive around the Ring of Kerry. Lansdowne was the perfect hotel for our brief stay. The staff was very friendly and even though there was no elevator, the staff was more than helpful in carrying very heavy bags up the beautiful staircase. I would definitely recommend to anyone that they stay at this fine hotel.

What a wonderful place! absolutely perfect if you want to escape city life and forget all problems! Rooms are spotless, spacious, renovated, quiet, we got a beautiful view on the river. Very friendly stuff and nice breakfast in the morning. Def. good value for money!

Stayed in a self catering holiday home, the house had everything you could need in it, it was perfect for us and the 3 kids. the kids had their own rooms, which they loved! and there was even a sofa bed downstairs for an extra friend.The pool was great for the kids, and staff really friendly. kenmare itself is a great spot, lovely pubs, restaurants

One of the best Guest Houses we have been to. The owner Rose Marie was a genuine lovely person and made us feel so welcome. Annie the lady who looked after the breakfast was so friendly and nothing was any bother to her. Very good selection for breakfast. Would stay here again. Really handy to the town.
