huge, our own pool!! Not a small pool either, an average sized pool,
amazing bed, amazing outdoor bathroom area, and amazing outdoor kitchen
and upstairs area. Honestly if you can afford it definitely book it! The
staff were extremely helpful, the spa was great and half price if you
were staying in the villas. The breakfast was great, and the transfer
was great.

The staff were amazing! Our flight was at midnight and check out was at midday, the staff arranged to move us to a two bedroom villa free on charge which was currently under renovation. My Deluxe room was comfortable, spacious and quiet and just a short stroll to pool and beach. The location is superb set right on e beachfront to swim, walk along the beach, surf, have a massage, and simply relax. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and always ready to assist. The hospitality shower was greatly appreciated long after check-out and before departing for the airport for a late night flight. It was situated in a good spot. We were close to the hustle and bustle, but felt we were in our own private Oasis. We did have a private villa and pool, and are happy that we didnt stay in the lagoon Villas as it was very noisy and busy at that end of the resort. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

We booked the garden suite and were totally impressed with it. The room was very clean, large and the bath was top class. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels, this one tops all so far. It is right on the beach and has many good facilities. I totally recommend the Spa in this resort, cheaper compared to other boutique ones, very clean and professional. We had a 2.5 hr massage for like 30Aud.
The bar is awsome, right in the pool and perfect view to the sunset. Definitely visiting Balisani again.

The staff were always friendly, helpful and thoughtful.
We had a late flight to catch but we were able to store our luggage safely as well as use the spa toilet facilities to freshen up before catching our flight. This was very useful considering the hot weather made us quite sweaty and it was nice to feel fresh and clean for our flight.

This is one of the few hotels next to the beach that still have some of the "old" Bali style. I mean if you rather want a new built hotel with no charm concrete and no garden this is not the place. This hotel still has a big beautiful tree and a lovely garden with alot of space.The pool is beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away. We are coming back next year and hoping this hotel will keep that Bali feeling and not change.

The hotel grounds were very beautiful and well maintained I loved the plants and trees, it was like a magic garden. The pool was really nice. The bungalow was traditional and picturesque. The hotel was romantic with family appeal too. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was nice. It was fair value for money and I will be going again.

The Haven Hotel made our trip! we could not have asked for a better place to stay.The two bedroom suite was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 (5 yr old, 3yr old, and 9 month old). Everyone had space to play, watch movies and chill out.
