  The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was of the highest standard and the large balcony with a lake view was a big bonus! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.   It rarely happens when I have no complaints about the hotel. This time everything was on the expected level, everything works,the hotel is clean, elegant, pleasant, every detail is considered.   The location was perfect for walking to the city and old town. The spa area was lovely. Except for one waiter in the restaurant, the staff was fantastic. The rooms were a bit small, but acceptable. The shower was tiny. Some rooms had balconies. Breakfast and dinner were both very good.   It is an interesting location, right across a mill stream from the old castle on the lake. The Eszterhazy Palace is around the corner, but it is not open and in need of much renovation. The hotel is right next to the lake, which has an excellent walking path. Boating is available, but we did not have time.
