  The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was of the highest standard and the large balcony with a lake view was a big bonus! I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.   The location was perfect for walking to the city and old town. The spa area was lovely. Except for one waiter in the restaurant, the staff was fantastic. The rooms were a bit small, but acceptable. The shower was tiny. Some rooms had balconies. Breakfast and dinner were both very good.
