  Lovely room with beautiful views. Very helpful friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were met at the airport and then taken to the port to catch our ferry to Crete. A really great place to stay. - Nearly everything was very well. The apartment with the east view to the sea was unexpectedly even better, because its veranda offered more... hva folk sier » privacy.   This is the largest room we had on Santorini Island. The room is very clean, tidy and comfortable. The most impresive thing is the owner of the hotel has a very power network on car renting, ticket ordering and everything you need. And all you want to book just need to tell them, then tickets, cars or anything else will be delivered to you at a ve... hva folk sier » ry short time. At the begining we thought that most hotels can do this, but actually we only enjoyed such service in Anassa. Also, we loved the locati - Loved our stay at Anassa. Made to feel like royalty. Was given choice of rooms upon arrival. Staff were amazing, hospitable and extremely accommodating. Great location in Kamari, less than one min walk to the beach. Hotel very clean and rooms very spacious. Lovely breakfast daily and good selection of foods. Great restaurants very close by. Would definitely visit Anassa again. Gym very well equipped. Amazing stay, we were made to feel very special. Would recommend for couples definitely.

  I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever. The blond short hair in the reception (I do not remember her name) was one of the best concierge of all - Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating. View was awesome. Restaurant was definitely worth visiting for a gourmet dinner overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast selections were vast and very tasty. Would stay here again. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.

  The lady that ran the hotel was lovely, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious and clean. A sort of family-run feel for such a big hotel. If I came back to Athens, I'd definitely stay here again. - The rooms were beautiful and very close to Fira, less than 10 minute walk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  This is my 2nd time at kastelli and this trip was possibly even better than the last! I took my mum with me this time. Antonis the manager really looked after us. We had a gorgeous room with our own semi private pool which we pretty much never left as it was so beautiful. This resort is very peacefull and relaxing despite being so close to kamari ... hva folk sier » beach. The grounds are immaculately kept and the service really is 5 star. All of the team are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice was great, we - Amazing welcome to the hotel by manager Adonis. Very friendly & professional team of staff. Feels like family :) the facilities at this resort are exceptional, so many pools to choose from, tennis courts, spa, salon. I love that breakfast is served till 12:00, in a relaxing poolside location. Some rooms have a pretty terrace / balcony area. Overall I loved it, will definitely recommend and go back to visit :) thank you.

  Incredible views, excellent and clean rooms, very supportive and helpful staff. The property sticks out of a promontory and overlooks the caldera of Santorini. The views are stunning. - Location perfect,very comfortable rooms friendly staff the pool was the highlight at this accommodation would definitely go back !!

  We loved this hotel. I was worried a bit that it would be a typicalbusiness hotel (based on pictures from internet) but it has beenrecently renovated and it was great.   We could not have been happier with the hotel, the accommodation, the staff or the space! The hotel is lovely, this hotel goes above and beyond to meet your expectations!
