The owner and his wife where very friendly, I felt like home. The room was clean and remodeled with a fridge, tv, air coditionair and wifii. The location was excelent in the town and across the beach. The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home.
I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.

We loved the lift, the breakfast room, the staff very helpful and relaxed. Andreas was very good about emailing me back about various changes to our arrangements and ensuring needs met (adjacent rooms as family of 5 etc) and updating us frankly about the situation in Athens as we booked and were coming a fortnight after the rioting in December 2008

It is a small boutique hotel that is conveniently located between Syntagma and Monastiraki square. It is right along the same street where the airport shuttle drops you off (walk along the street away from the Parliament about 3 blocks). The staff were fantastic in helping us sort out our onward travel arrangements - responding quickly and positively to emails before we arrived and making phone calls when we were there. The location within easy walking distance from Syntagma Metro station makes it easy to get to and from, and it is close to the centre of Athens for sightseeing and shopping. We will go back again.

Upon booking, I had requested a non-smoking room on a higher floor. When we checked in, we were given a room on a second floor that was a smoking room where everything was scented with nicotine. Location PERFECT, steps from the metro which is very easy to navigate in Athens. Staff SUPER helpful and informative, rooms luxurious. Bear in mind this is a budget hotel, but probably because it is not in the center. But for the value, the hotel was clearly recently renovated and impeccably so. I stayed just one night and it was easy from the ferry and easy to the airport.

We stayed here for one night when we arrived very early in the morning
after getting in from Heathrow. The flight arrived at 3.10am and we
didn't get to the hotel until at least 4am. However, on our arrival
the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us sleep in past
check out time and in the morning were able to give us useful directions
to the metro. The rooms were clean and modern. We would recommend this
place and definitely go back.
