The owner and his wife where very friendly, I felt like home. The room was clean and remodeled with a fridge, tv, air coditionair and wifii. The location was excelent in the town and across the beach. The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home.
I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.

It is a small boutique hotel that is conveniently located between Syntagma and Monastiraki square. The location of the hotel is excellent. It's in between of Syntagma Square and the Acropolis. If you're catching the X95 to the airport, it's about 5-7 minutes walk to Syntagma. The staff were fantastic in helping us sort out our onward travel arrangements - responding quickly and positively to emails before we arrived and making phone calls when we were there. The location within easy walking distance from Syntagma Metro station makes it easy to get to and from, and it is close to the centre of Athens for sightseeing and shopping. We will go back again.

Great room very clean AND Tidy good bathroom and facilites. I arrived late so didt=nt go out, however restaurant was closed and i didnt know where i was to go looking for dinner so room service was available - note 20% extra charge on everything so one regular pizza which was huge too big for me and two JDs and one diet coke was 40euro which was

Location PERFECT, steps from the metro which is very easy to navigate in Athens. Staff SUPER helpful and informative, rooms luxurious. Bear in mind this is a budget hotel, but probably because it is not in the center. But for the value, the hotel was clearly recently renovated and impeccably so. I stayed just one night and it was easy from the ferry and easy to the airport.

We stayed here for one night when we arrived very early in the morning
after getting in from Heathrow. The flight arrived at 3.10am and we
didn't get to the hotel until at least 4am. However, on our arrival
the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us sleep in past
check out time and in the morning were able to give us useful directions
to the metro. The rooms were clean and modern. We would recommend this
place and definitely go back.
