Good restaurant enclosed, nice friendly staff. Rooms clean and good size. Wife left her cosmetic bag by mistake and the staff happily agreed to post it on to her. -

Parking nearby was convenient. Staff very friendly and the manager's English excellent so no worries there. Explained everything clearly on arrival so there was no need to contact him, although he said he is contactable 24 hours a day. We enjoyed the breakfast which filled us up for the days exploring. The hotel is located at the end of a long winding road next to a small church. Rooms are surprisingly modern. Be sure to get a room with a balcony to take advantage of the vistas. The food is excellent. Many bicyclists make the climb for a beer or a slice of cake. Be sure to walk the hiking trail to the edge of the ridge for a "Sound of Music

nice room with a little fridge, stove, microwave etc. They gave two bottle of water and two bottles of beer a day for free which is very rare in Europe. This was the best placed we stayed during our entire trip accross europe. - Great room, very nice hotel, very nice hotel staff

Best hotel we had on our trip. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious = excellent value for money! Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then. Very nice breakfast and staff - they were very accomodating when our party ran into car trouble and got in very late to our hotel - beds were turned down and ready to be slept in! Location is good - very easy access to nice hiking and biking trails and the King's Castles - and we had a beautiful view of the lake from our balcony window.
