The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, the standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was very good. Our rooms were as clean and comfortable as any we have stayed in. Thestaff was wonderful, very accomodating. The resturant was excellent,including the service. The location was a little ways from munich butthe train was only a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely staythere again. - value for money and friendly staff

location is ideal, in a residential area near Englischer Garten. For
your first visit to Munich you might prefer being in the densely
touristed area around Marienplatz, but to me this is the place for a

This hotel feels very new and modern, though the decor is traditional Bavarian. It is out of city center and very near the English Garden, which is why we chose it for our last night before flying out of Munich. It was perfect for our needs. Staff were very helpful with our several requests (luggage scales, needed tube to transport posters home, dinner reservations, loaned umbrella.) Restaurant was excellent if a bit pricey.

Very good location to center and airport, only 10 minutes walking from the metro station.
We were very pleased with friendly, attentive and helpful staff.
The room is big and spaced, with a comfortable balcony that directs to a great park with squirrels. Very silent place to sleep.
The next time we'll go to Munich, we'll choose this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very easy walk to many sights and both U & S stations. Easy to get from airport, many good restaurants nearby.
Beds are very comfortable, room very clean, breakfast selection also very good.
Management cleared up a dispute over a broken light switch to our satisfaction. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.
