The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, the standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was very good. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed for breakfast. It was great that breakfast was included and it was a fantastic buffet to choose from. We had plenty of room in the quad room for the three of us. I highly recommend this hotel. The best comfort that we have stayed at so far.

New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

loved this hotel! We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh.
Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

staff at the reception were so nice and helpful, check in and check out were fast and smooth.
But in my check out bill there was an extra charge for breakfast for two (i never had a breakfast in the hotel ) so when i said it must be a mistake the guy from the reception apologized and remove it from my bill immediately.

Rooms are excellent - large, modern, clean. Bathrooms are small but well designed with rainshower heads and sleek fixtures.
Location to prime areas (specifically the main train station and Marienplatz) are very good, but there are many hotels in the area that provide the same locale.
Parking is 18 Euro per day but not always available. Food (breakfast especially) is ridiculously overpriced, but makes getting it an easy decision as there are so many breakfast options nearby at a very reasonable
