We arrived long before check-in time and the room was already made. We appretiated the wellness area and the radio in the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable and one drink from the mini-bar is for free.

Staff were very helpfull and attentive.Everything was prepared for our arrival,including 2 baby cots. Novotel is the way to go.

From the Haupbahnhof it was extremely easy to find the hotel. There were signs with arrows showing the direction to the hotel in the station and this was a nice feature to see. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.
Would have been nice to have the toilette with the shower and sink, but this is a minor factor as I would stay here again.

Once we found it, we liked the convenient location, even though it was out of the city center. Everything was "advertised." Good restaurant.
The musician in the bar. There was no way in the restaurant to get away from him, and the music was loud and, to be polite, not very good. Because of him, we did not go to the bar.
