Good clean modern rooms. Good breakfast. 10 mins fron centre.
Hotel staff were nice and available. Clean facilities. Free WiFi only in lobby but was fast.
The doors make a loud sound when closed. I think I could hear every door shut on my hallway and the one above me. Never woke me up at night but distracting when trying to take an afternoon rest. Also talking in hallways easily heard in room. Thin walls.
close to the train station as the reason it is really convenient to go to many tourism spot such as Neuschwanstein or Salzburg etc.. Wifi connection is also very good!!

Location was excellent near to the central station. Staff were efficient and helpful.
The hotel didnot seem to be aware that our original booking had changedand they believed we had booked single rooms.
Counter staff were excellent. Helped us out with an efficient storage system for our luggage as we had an afternoon train booked, and went out of their way to help with printing of emails and vouchers.
Reception staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located close to downtown. Beds very comfortable. Very clean linen. Perfect for a couple of days in Munchen. Very good value for money.

Good location near Hbf; 10 minute walk. Pretty good value compared to many others in locale.
Usual Ibis cramped rooms. Bed exceptionally uncomfortable. Aircon very poor, bordering on useless.
Free Internet access is not available in the rooms.
General comment: The usual ,reliable,value for money,as good as any 3 stars or (3plus) accommodation offered by all IBIS hotels.

Staff - Front desk staff were good but night staff were poor. I requested to order a toastie from the 24hr menu and one of the night staff refused while eating a toastie he had prepared for himself. Facilities - I-m 6ft4 tall and could not move in the bathroom. No coffee making facilities were available. Clean - hair from a previous customer wasnfound throughout the bathroom on arrival. Based on the above items I do not believe the hotel represented good value for money.

The room and bed was small for three people, not as confirmed. First day at check in they tried to charge us 100 Euros more than reservation confirmation document. And then they realized that it was a software fault. Made us very upset and the first impression was bad, and we could not make a good communucation.
Very expensive compare to 2 star hotel . I dont like the location and not suitable for familes
