  Counter staff were excellent. Helped us out with an efficient storage system for our luggage as we had an afternoon train booked, and went out of their way to help with printing of emails and vouchers. - Reception staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located close to downtown. Beds very comfortable. Very clean linen. Perfect for a couple... hva folk sier » of days in Munchen. Very good value for money.

  good location; clean, simple rooms with comfortable beds; our room was off the main street and therefore there was little noise; good breakfast - good location. 5 min walk to main train station. Nice and helpful staff (who explained to me in detail how to get to Fussen)

  Very clean rooms equiped with everything you need. Located in a very quiet area. The staff is nice. Everything that you would expect for the price. - Hotel was good shape clean and they gave rooms already 12:00 when we arrived. Very hospitality personnel. Recommend 100%.

  Friendly staff - Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to drive to, easy to get to city center from. Travelling with our Golden Retriever, readily accepted the pet with a 10 euro additional fee.
