  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and ... hva folk sier » Hauptbahnhof. Counter staff are very courteous , room is modern, spacious and clean, bed and pillow are very comfortable, breakfast captain is very he - Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso. Breakfast is served as a buffet a

It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated.   Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). They are what they promise to be. The shared bathrooms weren't a problem at all. You must make and strip the bed yourself, but this is not a big hassle.
