  We liked the hotel very much. At art'appart Suiten we stayed 5 nights . Very good location and calm place. Not far from the Messe Berlin (only to stops by train or 25 min walking to ICC) and the central street . The rooms were clean and comfortable.   Enough places around the hotel to grab a snack, breakfast, coffee or a good german weisner. The hotel does not have reception but there is friendly staff around to help you. Late check in was not a problem, until 24:00. Coffee (nespresso 3 cups) was indeed available in the room and was refilled every morning.   Beautiful hotel with great design and view over the railway, best location next to fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and were able to find a parking spot just outside every night. The reception personnel were ok, the girls at the breakfast buffet (which was fantastic) were very polite and helpful - they surely deserved the tip. So was the bartend... hva folk sier » er - great cocktails! you should try the bar/lounge area in the evening-locals choose it too. We are definitely coming back to Berlin and to this hote - Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. RainShower was so relaxing as well as Sauna on lower level. Since it was snowing the days I was there the lobby fire pit was great. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.

  The flat located right near to Ku'damm, 5-7 min to the Charlottenburg S-bahn station. Clean and newly renovated, well equipped, just the same as on pictures. The weather was pretty nasty at the time of our stay and the owner kindly offered to check-out later.
