- Very clean, very nicely decorated. No unpleasant odors, like so many
other hotels have.
- Big LCD TV with decent selection of channels -- unfortunately mostly German.
- Friendly and accommodating staff had our room prepared with a baby bed and any request we had was handled quickly and efficiently.
- Very close to the U-bahn.
- As long as you accept the fact you will eat breakfast at a nice bakery on the corner of the building and not use their internet, it's a wonderful hotel to stay at.

Friendly and service-minded staff, excellent breakfast, well equipped room. - everything was nice and carefully thought out. the hotel is very pretty, in a gracious way, old fashioned but not "old" feeling. The entire hotel is very clean and very comfortable. All rooms have queen size bed. Shower is spacious. Breakfast is great and children ate free. Staff are very friendly. - Excellent value--this hotel chain would be my first choice when traveling with my family.

The location is fabulous. You can walk to everything -- and we did! Most of the top sights of Munich are right nearby. The same is true of many of the best restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful with reservations, including getting us excellent seats at a very popular performance of Rigoletto, which was right around the corner. They also selected and reserved a perfect restaurant for our first night in the city. Very nice!

Everyone was wonderful, in all aspects from check in to check out. The concierge prepared an itinerary for the rest of our trip that was most impressive. I highly recommend this hotel and staff. I would definitely stay here again. -
