The location is very close to the central station, it's in a street with peepshows etc. but there are more hotels in the street and you don't feel unsafe. Staff was very very friendly and helpful for directions and food hunt. Rooms are clear and quite enough, also depending on who are your room mates. I wasn't very lucky about this, one lady was screaming very loudly in the bathroom early in the morning and two guys wanted to keep the conditioner on at 19°: was very freezing...
Alltogether a very good experience in comparison with the few money paid. Also, the breakfast (it needs some € 4.50 extra) is international and very good.
