Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel.
Also its in a good area with plenty of eating places and shops around. There is a lovely bakery on the corner and if you want to have a snack or late breakfast

I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean. My room had modern decor, in dark tones with bright recess

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T
