Very comfortable and pleasent. ıT feels lıke home.ı Am pleasently

Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel.
Also its in a good area with plenty of eating places and shops around. There is a lovely bakery on the corner and if you want to have a snack or late breakfast

I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean. My room had modern decor, in dark tones with bright recess

Η θέση του ήταν πολύ καλή, το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και τα δωμάτια είχαν αρκετές ανέσεις. - Hospitable and ready-to-help staff, cosy rooms, all at hand, excellent location, close to subway station, wonderful Japanese restaurant in the hotel, quick check-in and check out. - Whole stay was fantastic!

δεν ειχα καμια ταλαιπωρια , γρηγορη εξηπηρετηση και το προσωπικο αψογο - Wellbeing area was fab. Lovely big rooms, great views. Nice bar area. - Friendly and helpful staff plus superb restaurant

Service was phenomenal. Were escorted to our room by the young woman who help us at the desk; showed us how everything worked in the room. Restaurant was excellent with nice bar adjacent. Live music, yet you could still have a conversation. Wait staff made arrangements for transportation to airport before we left breakfast and checked out. - T

The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably close to the train station (5 euro taxi ride). Free internet and a/c were a plus. The hotel was just what I needed for the night before a very early flight back to the U.S. The price was certainly competitive. Good location, as it is just located about 150 meter away from Ostbahnhof which is the end of U-6 subway line. Just go to the exit of Ostbahnhof with the sign of Hanauer Landstrasse, cross the road, walk a few steps, and you will be in front of hotel already.
