Nice hotel, facilities (pool, gym), good bar with good live music,excellent service. They also rent bikes (and are close to theTiergardens) although they did not have child seat so we had to rentelsewhere (at shop next to Zoo subway) - Excellent Hotel, very good staff. Our stay was for only a few nights, but if we are to ever visit Berlin again, I would definately choose to stay at this hotel. The room was small but comfortable. The lift was a definate plus (very old style it really makes an impact. I personally loved it!) The hotel is very centrally placed to enable easy transportation around the city. The

that we appreciate a lot. Breakfast is quite good with a german touch
(muesli, german delicatessen and german cheeses, german bread).
This is a really confortable hotel (beds and comforters...).

The staff was very helpful in providing excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel was situated within walking distance of Museum Island and the Nikolaiviertel so sightseeing was easy. Having a subway station across the street gave us convenient access to the rest of Berlin.

very comfortable. In reality it is better than you may think when looking at photos. It was very clear when we arrived, and we had been very surprised that we found there everything we needed (like all the stuff in the kitchen and bathroom). Rooms are very fancy decorated. Location is perfect. U-bahn is just round the corner. -

Absolutely excellent hotel, which is definitely on 5 stars level, helpful staff, ideally clean and nice designed rooms. Generally, the hotel was much better than expected to be.

Excellent location, <5 min walk to Gendarmenmarkt and 5min walk to German Dome. Closest metro stop is Hausvoigtel which is on a great line and can take you (without changing lines) to the Zoo or Ku-damm (shopping area). Wifi is free, stable, and reasonably fast. Hotel rooms are very well appointed and smart. Some great dining options closeby like Chipps for breakfast. All in all would stay again - really a nice hotel.

Nice apartment very close to the Bernauer Str U-Bahn Stn. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The menu was limited but the food excellent.
