The professional people who man the reception desk are great. This includes Jeanine, Ricco, Peggy and a pleasant man with a beard who likes techno music.Everyone was extremely polite, responsive and cheerful about my questions and requests.When I got back to Berlin, I will stay here again. -

It is close to the metro station and the bus going to the airport passesrigt in front of the hotel. The workers are very well intentioned people - The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The heat in the room was easy to control. There was lots of hot water. The room was quiet.

Very clean, good neigbourhood, 5 min walk from U Bhan, very good price. What I liked most is the fact that the hotel manager was never tired of giving us good touring advices, according to our interests. I might also add that although check in time is at mid day, they waited for us until our flight arrived at midnight, aroung 1 AM. That's what a go

It was really clean, the staff was exceptionally friendly and the location was pretty good too. I stayed in a single room with attached bathroom. Although the hotel is situated next to a train line, my windows faced an inner yard and it was nice and quiet so I slept really well. The hotel has really cosy common rooms with pool, huge TV set, boardgames etc but hardly anyone ever used it! -
The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. We felt very much at home and enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel as well as a movie night in the cozy TV/DVD room after browsing through the great DVD selection of the hotel. Table tennis was also great fun. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are very functional.
