This was our last night of vacation in Europe, and we wanted comfort, convenience (at the airport -- what could be better?!), and courtesy. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue. The hotel has a very bright but calming atmosphere. It is beautiful to see. The rooms are quiet and the beds very comfortable. Your staff is wonderful and the food was great too! It was clean and suited our requirements. We just needed somewhere to stay before leaving for the airport next morning and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and nice and we had a nice buffet dinner there in the evening.. - Staff were brilliant-very helpful(Tina-trainee- and Matthias in particular) , breakfast was the best we had in our 8 weeks
