  We had a nice night here before leaving for home after a 10 day trip in Germany. The hotel had a great bar (literally any alcohol, wine, beer we could think of) and the restaurant looked nice though we didn't eat in it. Novotel exceeded our expectations, especially the helpful staff... they allowed early check-in, were instrumental in resolving a problem with returning our rental auto, made wonderful dishes in the restaurant, provided great room service, carried six heavy pieces of luggage, and assisted with a WiFi issue.   The receptionists were very helpful and welcoming. Veronica, Thomas, and Eva helped me a lot during my stay and were very kind and friendly receptionists. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The location of the hotel is perfect because its next to Erding train station which make it very easy to go to Munich via train. The room and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. Their most used English word was "of course".

  It was clean and suited our requirements. We just needed somewhere to stay before leaving for the airport next morning and it was perfect.
