  friendly staff. Very good for late check in, not available at many hotels. Able to accomodate 4 people, many only had rooms for 3. - Despite being quite an old fashioned hotel, it was clean, basic andextremely good value for money. Perfect for a first night's stopoverfrom the ferry at Caen en route to the South of France.
