  The hotel was modern and welcoming in a traditional village square just outside Deauville and Honfleur.The owner was wonderful and suggested a local restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional and all the ingredients were locally sourced. It was a very comfortable stop off on the road south. We would be happy to return - The man who... hva folk sier » runs the hotel was really welcoming and he spoke excellent english. Its a great location as its near Le harve if you're getting the ferry and need a stop over on the way to it and also its only 20mins to the lovely town of Honfleur. Our room was also very clean.

Although the person at reception at the Grand Cerf was a little odd, staff at the neighbouring hotel where the spa is located were lovely and allowed us to keep our bicycles in their closed garage.
