  The hotel was modern and welcoming in a traditional village square just outside Deauville and Honfleur.The owner was wonderful and suggested a local restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast was exceptional and all the ingredients were locally sourced. It was a very comfortable stop off on the road south. We would be happy to return - The man who... wat mensen zeggen » runs the hotel was really welcoming and he spoke excellent english. Its a great location as its near Le harve if you're getting the ferry and need a stop over on the way to it and also its only 20mins to the lovely town of Honfleur. Our room was also very clean.

  A truly beautiful village with many historical links with William and the abbeys of England. The auberge was a perfect overnight stop with time to explore the Abbey and village. Our room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and very helpful and our dinner of the very highest standard. After checking in we had a leisurely stroll around the ancient village with its monastry, tower and pretty wooden houses. The evening meal was superb. The staff charming and accommodating.

  The spa facilities are fantastic and very well organised. Although the person at reception at the Grand Cerf was a little odd, staff at the neighbouring hotel where the spa is located were lovely and allowed us to keep our bicycles in their closed garage.   Good reception area, spa area looked very inviting. Close to town centre, very pretty building with lots of flowers. - Food excellent - best French breakfast ever
