  Residence Les Sources is very good value. You have your own apartment with a terrace, and then there's a common swimming pool and a petanque area. It is a nice, relaxing place to stay and is really well situated for visiting many places in Provence, eg. The owners are very nice and helpful. The site is like an oasis filled with oleanders and other exotic trees. There is air conditioning. Also an Intermarche supermarket is in 5 min walking distance.   Everything was really good! We got a good price via booking and didn't regret staying there. It's 5min from the metro station, we parked our car in a public parking just in front of the hotel (in any case hotel has a parking with really reasonable price).   The hotel is a wonderful spot. It looks relatively new and is much larger than I expected. The rooms are large, very clean, and well appointed. After many negative experiences with self-check in at places in France, it was a relief to have someone at the front desk 24 hours a day. Parking in a secure lot with your own personal garage was a mere ... hva folk sier » 8 euros a night -- a steal, in my opinion, and well worth it. Highly recommended! - It's a great place to stay when in Marseille if you like to be able to do some of your own meals at home. It's close to the train station but with views out to the water from the upper rooms. While it's in the city it is only a 5 - 10 minute walk downhill to Joliette from where you you can take a bus straight to the beach at L'Estaque.within 20 minutes. Very comfortable and quiet although works currently going on nearby.
