2. Very pleasant & helpful staff, including room cleaning staff who immediately replaced a burned out light bulb.

My husband and I booked the Hotel for a dbl room for 5 nights some time
prior to our travels. We arrived mid-Oct. From a stay in Sardinia; our
grand tour continues until end of Jan. 2014 so we have lots of stuff.
The room held for us was very small @ 100E/night plus 10Epp/day
for simple breakfast. We asked and we offered a great apt. With
kitchenette @140E/day(posted@ 165/day. So we took it , of
course, w/o breakfasts...we can buy lots of suitable food for 20e
daily! The location is wonderful,

Staff very friendly and kindly! When we arrived, the man at reception
gave us a map and orientations about the city. Also we asked about a
specific route/tour and he immediately searched on internet to help
us. The room was not very large, but ok and with enough space for us (as
well as the toilet/bathroom). The bed was large and very
confortable.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the old city and within easy walking distance of the main historic sights of Arles. the reception staff was very friendly. The young gentleman who greeted us spoke very good English and he helped carry our luggage up two flights of stairs! We really appreciated the air conditioning in our room, because it provided a cool oasis from the heat wave outside and allowed us to have a great sleep! Le Castelet Des Alpilles in St. Remy was absolutely, perfectly divine! Our room was spacious, idyllic, surrounded by gardens and flowers with a balcony overlooking the Alpilles mountains. It's a beautiful hotel, well-located near the Vieux Port. Our room was front facing, so had a tiny but lovely wrought-iron balcony overlooking the street. The room was clean and simply but nicely furnished with wooden shutters on the wall.

Everything - we went on to stay at the Cezanne in Aix en provence afterwards - same price - no comparision we wish we'd stayed hear. This was my second time at Precheurs Studios, and it feels like my home from home now! In a little side street near Place des Precheurs, in the heart of the old town, you feel like you're an Aixois. The owners are very attentive, free wi-fi and everything you need for a self catering stay. Great value for money and warm & cosy in the winter

Lovely staff - so friendly and always there when you needed them!
Excellent facilities - fully equipped kitchen, wifi, washing facilites and use of a printer all for free.
Great location - just minutes from the markets, restaurants and shops of Aix en Provence.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, for the price it offers outstanding service and value for money.
