Staff very friendly and kindly! When we arrived, the man at reception
gave us a map and orientations about the city. Also we asked about a
specific route/tour and he immediately searched on internet to help
us. The room was not very large, but ok and with enough space for us (as
well as the toilet/bathroom). The bed was large and very
confortable.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the old city and within easy walking distance of the main historic sights of Arles. the reception staff was very friendly. The young gentleman who greeted us spoke very good English and he helped carry our luggage up two flights of stairs! We really appreciated the air conditioning in our room, because it provided a cool oasis from the heat wave outside and allowed us to have a great sleep! Everything! The host Laurent was incredibly friendly and gave us a tour
around the area upon arrival and lots of tips on what to do in the city.
The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Basic cooking
ingredients as well as Orange Juice for in the morning were provided.

We appreciated the combination of living in a calm ‘frenchy’ part of the city with the ocean as a neighbour after a touristic day in the noisy and lively city centre.

The hotel is situated very close to the centre of Aix-en-Provence. The
staff was very helpful and nice. I asked for some hot water to make
myself a tea on a couple of occasions and my request wasn't
refused, which is often the case in the hotels with only two stars.
There was also no problem with having our luggage stored once we
checked out in the morning. The room had a little terrace with a lovely
view. I wouldn't recommend taking a cheaper room with the view onto
the road...
