I fortunately stayed for 4 nights in large, clean and well equipped double room with also large and clean bathroom with bathtub that was provided by helpfull and friendly hotel receptionists who speak English very well. I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were helpful and pleasant. -

no much things you can buy. Bear in mind that coffee is between 2.2-2.8
euros, croissant is 1.2, and ordinary breakfast at the street is between
10 and 15 euros. Has everything you need air conditioner, tv, clean
towels, soap and shampoo. For 2 star hotel, this is very reasonable.

The room and bathroom were a great size. Plenty of room to place luggage. There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after. It was close to the metro station (Place d'Italie).
