I fortunately stayed for 4 nights in large, clean and well equipped double room with also large and clean bathroom with bathtub that was provided by helpfull and friendly hotel receptionists who speak English very well. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my lovely 4 nights stay. The price was fantastic, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were small, but that is one of the great charms of staying in Paris!.

The shower head sprayed water everywhere and was falling off the wall. The carpet had large wear marks in several places. However, for the price, location and staff you can over look these things. some equipment is old, broken. bit noisy (ventillation just outside the window).Poor room service,no dinner and no lunch. Very thin walls. The rooms are not very well insulated against sound from other rooms and, as it most hotels of this standard, no-one ever cleans the shower heads!. The room was rather small, no where to place suitcases andbathroom needed a face lift..Could here noise of adjoining doorbanging when closed.To improve the breakfast. size room very small. The carpets were disgusting and acustic insulation very poor. Room was in need of some repair but generally ok. Mattresses!!!. The storage room is small compared to the check-in time being noonand guest might arrive from early morning who need to leave theirluggages in there.The elevator could be in the first floor and not in the second!!!. State of repair of the ceiling could be improved. Separate payments for internet use, tiny bath in the bathroom. we have to leave the room key at the reception each time we leave..why? it makes it really inconvenience as we have to lock our bags each time..the room we stayed in is a little bit wierd and maybe some rearrange of the furnitures in the room may create some more space.We stay 3 nights there and no one clean our room, no one gave us clean towels, we had to request them in reception desk and still no one came to clean the room in the next few days. The room walls are very thin The heater was always on (it seems to be broken). the shower hoting water valve is very difficult to open, the day I check out, the servicer attitude is very bad. Hotel needs more care in respect of room cleanliness. The room is very neglected, especially the walls. The bathroom is old and too small!!! But for a very short stay it's quite acceptable especially if you can find a discounted tarif as I found (a special offer for 3 nights with 40% off). I only stayed one night. But the hotel room was tiny and it was a double bedroom, so if I had not gone by myself there would be some serious space issues. It was clean but really old. Some humidity stains and cracks along with a bleach stain on the carpet.
